The mobile application is serves as an online interface for working with CP Help Desk.
It is multiplatform, so it can be used with all the major of operating systems for mobile devices (Android, iOS, Windows).
For whom?
The application is designed for the solvers, they can see all the important information in tasks:
- task number
- the subject of the request
- the term begin/end work
- object information (address)
- description of the request
What can application do?
The solver has the ability to edit the task, postpone the request, start the navigation from the address, dial the phone number, send the e-mail, add the device from the warehouse, create a new device ...
It can also create a custom sheet, including electronic signature of the customer.
Mobile apps can scan barcodes and QR codes, full text search, move devices between objects (warehouses) and creating a new device.
